Venturing around Vietnam

Image
Follow my blog with Bloglovin I'm not going to lie, it's pretty painful sitting here as it rains outside writing about the amazing time we had on our travels, reminiscing about all the things we got up to but, it's also awesome to look back through all of our photos and videos... it's crazy thinking about everything we did and we're still so grateful and glad we did it. We only spent 15 days exploring Vietnam as that's the amount of time you're allowed to stay in the country without a visa. In hindsight, it wasn't really enough time and meant we missed out on Sapa, Na Trang and Da Lat. That being said, we still managed to navigate around the country, visiting lots of amazing places. Hanoi We flew into Hanoi from Singapore with Vietnam Airlines where we spent our first few days. If you think the traffic and motorbikes are crazy in Bali then you need to see what it's like in Vietnam... absolute chaos! I think we spent about 10 minutes waiting to...

How to spend two full days in Singapore

Image
Only have two days in Singapore? Here's how we spent our time there to give you some ideas on what you could do. We could of probably had just under two and a half days seeing as we arrived at our hotel around 3pm on the first day but I was so tired and the bed in the hotel (Nostalgia Hotel) was so ridiculously comfortable that I ended up napping for pretty much the rest of that day. It rained whilst we was up on the top deck but we didn't mind too much as it cooled us down. Luckily for us, one of the ...

Beautiful Bali

Whilst you could spend endless amounts of time in the paradise that is Bali, we only had 10 nights which we spent as follows; Seminyak - two days, three nights After living in hostels the whole time we were in New Zealand and Australia it felt pretty amazing to stay in a 4* hotel (The Visala Boutique Suites Hotel - perfect location for walking around Seminyak and to get to the Potato Head Beach Club). Bonus that the hotel cost around the same price as our hostels too! We felt like a King & Queen having room service and long lay-ins, not to mention getting our own private bathroom - no more walking down a corridor to take a shower/pee!   Our first day in Seminyak was nice and laid back, after a lay in and breakfast on the roof top of our hotel, we took a walk and stumbled across a spa where we each had a manicure, pedicure, facial and full body Balinese massage for around £17 each!! They were all amazing and given the price, make you want to have a treatment everyda...
